What You Leave With
You’ll Get Raw Files — But Only If You Bring a Drive
If you’re just booking the studio with no add-ons, we’ll give you all the raw, unedited video and audio files — perfect for your own post-production. But you must bring a fast SSD to your session. We’ll transfer everything right after your shoot. We do not send raw files by email or link.
If You Choose Editing — Raw Files Are NOT Included
When you add editing or clips, your final content is delivered via Google Drive to the email you used at checkout. Raw files are not included unless you also bring an SSD to your session. If you want both the edited files and raw footage, you still need to bring your own drive.

Yes, always. Every session includes a dedicated engineer to run the cameras, mics, and lights.
We offer a full refund if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If it's under 24 hours, we can’t refund, but we’re happy to reschedule your session at no extra charge.
We allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, your session time will be shortened accordingly to stay on schedule.
We don’t offer in-person tours.
