Bay Area Podcast Studio started with a simple observation. Podcasting was booming, but somehow the Bay Area — the tech capital of the world — had almost no dedicated video podcast studios.
So we said, why not be the pioneers?
Why not build a space where creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses could record high-level content without worrying about gear, setup, or tech?
We didn’t follow a trend. We create content ourselves.
We understand what it takes to show up consistently and produce something that looks and sounds premium. Every session in our studio includes cinematic 4K cameras, pro audio, and an engineer who handles the entire production for you.
This isn’t just a room with mics.

TERMS OF SERVICE
🎥 File Delivery & Storage
- Raw files are handed off via SSD right after your session — bring one with you.
- Edited files (if purchased) are delivered via Google Drive within 5 business days.
- Files stay available for 30 days. After that, they’re deleted permanently.
- We don’t re-upload files after 30 days. Download and back them up.
💳 Payment & Scheduling
- Full payment is due before your session starts.
- Your time slot is locked only after payment is received.
- Sessions start on time — not when you arrive.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice to receive a refund.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but we’ll gladly reschedule.
- No-shows take up space we can’t rebook — please plan accordingly.
🕒 Late Arrivals
- We give a 10-minute grace period, but your session still ends at the scheduled time.
- We can’t extend sessions due to lateness.
⚡ Force Majeure
- If something outside our control (gear failure, power outage, etc.) stops us from delivering your content, we’ll either refund or reschedule — your choice.
📸 Studio Usage & Content Rights
Client Rights:
You fully own all video and audio from your session. Use it however you want.
Studio Rights:
Bay Area Podcast Studio may use short clips (under 60 seconds) from your session for promotional purposes — like showing real examples on our website or socials.
We will never use full episodes or resell your content.
🛡️ Security Cameras
- Security cameras are used in common areas and studio rooms for safety.
- No cameras in restrooms or changing areas.
- Footage is used only for protection, not content review.
📌 Studio Rules
- No smoking or vaping inside.
- No alcohol allowed.
- No pets (except service animals).
- Outside food/drinks are fine — just clean up after.
