How many people can be recorded on podcast?

You can record up to 4 people in Studio A and up to 2 people in Studio B. We have two studio sets to make sure you have the right space for your podcasting needs!

Is smoking allowed?

We do not allow any smoking in our studio. This includes cigarettes, weed, and vapes. If you smoke, your session will be canceled right away, and you will lose your deposit. No recordings will be given.

Can you provide footage through shared platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer?

No, we only provide edited podcast episodes, social media clips, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos through our shared platforms, Sinosend and Google Drive. You will receive the RAW footage and audio after your session, but please remember to bring your own SSD so we can give it to you!

How do I access my footage?

Please provide a storage drive for us to copy your footage to. We recommend using a Solid State Drive (SSD) for the fastest transfer speed. Here is a link to one we highly recommend: https://amzn.to/3EzFvac

No, your session time is limited to the time slot booked. Please arrive on time and coordinate with your guests accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if given 24 hours or more notice of cancellation. Anything less than 24 hours of your scheduled appt will lose 50% deposit.

Do we need a recording engineer or any other production personnel?

Yes! We are a hands-off studio, which means you don’t need to worry about anything. Our team will handle everything for you, so you can focus on creating great content!
